The breakfast was truly excellent! with real eggs and sausage plus a cheerful staff that made me feel at home.

Room access from the outside felt exposed and compromised privacy, making it difficult to enjoy peace during my stay.

Clean room, comfy bed, and an impressive breakfast with almond milk! Perfect spot for a quick stay.

The bathroom? More outdated than my grandma's Wi-Fi!

Our family had a wonderful time enjoying the outdoor pool and the nearby Rappahannock River, perfect for canoeing! The staff was accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable for our children to play in.

My kids wished for a playground or more activities for them to enjoy. It would be great to have some family-friendly entertainment options available.

The pet-friendly room was clean, had modern furnishings, and the water pressure for showers was fantastic! Feeling right at home here.

Family with children just be careful with some details

The front desk staff was friendly and helped us find a room close to the breakfast area for my husband who struggles with walking. They really went out of their way to give us a list of local restaurants that delivered, which was a lifesaver after our long drive.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but given the circumstances it was still worth it.

There were little gardens outside the rooms which was nice in case you wanted a breath of fresh air but the area felt like it was stuck in a bad part of town with everything listed in the review as a red flag you just keep your head down and don't engage with anything.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for the price you expect a certain level of comfort and safety.

Recommend for a brief retreat

Clean room, comfortable room, the breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of freshly made foods, including make-your-own Belgian waffles, and the staff was very accommodating, even arranging a first-floor room near the pool for my convenience.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The outdoor pool and well-kept garden were perfect for relaxing. We loved visiting the nearby golf courses and canoeing on the Rappahannock River. The breakfast was also great! Just keep in mind, it’s a classic motel style, so if you're expecting a hotel atmosphere, this might be different for you.

One thing to note is the motel-style layout. I personally prefer a hotel with more secure corridors instead of exterior access. It gives me peace of mind when traveling.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Housekeeping was friendly and warm. I enjoyed a hearty breakfast with good food options in a clean area, which set a positive tone for the day. It made me feel at home during my travels.

I loved how cozy my King Room was The pool area was super clean and not crowded at all, perfect for lounging under the sun. Plus, breakfast was amazing, with made-to-order omelets and a great selection of fresh fruits!

While the accommodations were clean and well-maintained, the comfort level was slightly impacted by excessive noise from neighboring rooms, and the price didn't seem justified for that night. Despite these drawbacks, the cleanliness of the property stood out during my stay.
